Plate intelligence at the gate line
Every plate in and out is read and run. The vehicle that visited three times with no resident to see gets flagged and researched before it parks a fourth time. Crews case communities the same way they case houses, and that behavior is exactly what our agents spent careers recognizing.

One call for the whole community
When something starts, an agent intervenes live and has the local department moving with the right words on the first call. Boards get a single accountable partner instead of a patchwork of household systems.

Follow-up that actually follows up
Anything that happens inside the perimeter goes into an investigations database and keeps being worked: plates, people, patterns. Incidents in neighboring communities get tracked too, because the same crews move between them.
A former detective walks the property.
Your property is assessed through the eyes of someone who spent years investigating the crews that target homes like yours.
One scope.One number.
We show you what E33 recommends, what can remain from your existing system, what needs to change, and what your monitoring will cost.
Install. Test.Protect & Monitor.
The system is installed and tested, then your property goes live with E33 monitoring. From day one, you have a direct line to the agents watching your property.
How is E33 different from a standard alarm or camera company?
Standard systems record activity and react to alarms. E33 is monitored by experienced former law enforcement professionals who know how to recognize the behaviors that can precede a burglary, determine when something warrants action, coordinate with law enforcement, and continue the investigation after the immediate threat has passed.
Traditional security reacts to an event. E33 is built to recognize what may be happening before it becomes one.
Is E33 a guard service?
No. E33 does not provide guards or patrol cars. We are a proactive monitoring service staffed by former law enforcement professionals who know what they’re looking at, when it warrants a response, and how to communicate critical information clearly to dispatch.
Instead of simply reporting an alarm, our agents can tell dispatch what is happening, who is involved, what they are doing, and why it matters.
What happens when an agent sees something?
They can speak to the person through the property, sound a siren, or play a dispatch call, and they call the local department at the same time. Most attempts end at that point. When they don’t, our agents know exactly what a dispatcher needs to hear, and in several of our cases the person was in handcuffs within minutes.
Who is actually watching the cameras?
US-based agents with law enforcement backgrounds. No part of the monitoring is outsourced overseas, which is where most of this industry sends it.
Do I need to replace my existing cameras or security system?
Not necessarily. We assess what you already have first. If your existing equipment meets the standard needed for E33 monitoring, we build around it. If we identify vulnerabilities—particularly with WiFi-dependent equipment that sophisticated crews may attempt to disrupt—we’ll show you exactly where the gaps are and what we recommend changing.
If it works, we keep it. If it creates a vulnerability, we address it.
How much does E33 cost?
Pricing depends on property size and current setup. A consultation gives you an exact number after a short walkthrough, no generic package pricing.
